Terms of Service

Your rights and our disclaimers when using zerotool

Article 1 (Purpose and nature of the service)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the browser-based, client-side productivity tools provided by zerotool (the “Service”). The core tools run inside your web browser wherever possible, but advertising, contact and hosting features may be connected to outside services.

Article 2 (Results and disclaimer)

1. The tools are provided as they are, and results may differ from what you expect depending on the file contents and browser support. Please keep your originals before processing anything important.

2. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy of results or their fitness for a particular purpose, and checking the output before you submit, publish or share it is your responsibility.

Article 3 (Intellectual property and advertising)

1. The copyright in the UI design, algorithm source code and text guides created for the Service belongs to its operator (zerotool).

2. To operate the Service, it may display third-party advertising such as Google AdSense and sponsored affiliate links. Advertising, hosting and traffic costs and the way the Service is run may vary with the deployment environment.
