How to use it

Format and quality
WebP files are often smaller than JPG or PNG at similar quality. A quality slider (50–100) trades file size against detail. The shooting direction of phone photos is applied during conversion, so they are saved upright.
Privacy
Conversion happens on a canvas in this browser and the files are not sent anywhere. The saved file does not include the original EXIF data (camera details and location).

- With the quality slider high (92 by default) the difference is hard to notice. Lowering it makes files smaller.
